The General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of items published on the website www.dar.si

The online store www.dar.si is intended exclusively for legal entities / businesses (limited liability companies, sole proprietors).

The General Terms and Conditions are published on the website, therefore every user who views the content and orders goods is deemed to be familiar with their full text.

By registering and purchasing on the website www.dar.si, the user or buyer confirms that they are fully acquainted with these terms and agree to them.

Availability of Information

DAR d.o.o. Koper undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before the buyer is bound by a contract or offer:

  1. company information of DAR d.o.o. Koper;
  2. contact details that enable fast and effective communication with the user (email, phone);
  3. essential characteristics of the items;
  4. terms of delivery of the items (method, place, and estimated delivery time);
  5. product prices on the website, which will always be clearly stated in EUR and do not include value added tax (VAT);
  6. payment method and delivery, as well as the validity period of this information;
  7. procedure and conditions for returning goods;
  8. validity period of the offer;
  9. deadlines for withdrawal from the contract;
  10. complaints and claims procedure.

Order

The sales contract between DAR d.o.o. Koper and the buyer in the online store www.dar.si is concluded at the moment when the buyer receives the first email confirming their order. From that moment onward, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both DAR d.o.o. Koper and the buyer.

All prices in the online store are stated in EUR and do not include value added tax (VAT). VAT is calculated at the online checkout.

Payment Methods

– New customers of the online store pay for the order by bank transfer to the account of DAR d.o.o. Koper based on an offer/proforma invoice.
– At the DAR d.o.o. Koper pickup location, payment is possible by cash or debit/credit card.
– After payment based on the offer/proforma invoice is received, the order proceeds to processing.
– Existing customers of DAR d.o.o. Koper pay according to contract terms.

Invoice Issuance

After delivery of the ordered items, DAR d.o.o. Koper sends the buyer an invoice in PDF format to the buyer’s email address. In the case of personal pickup at the pickup location, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the purchased items upon collection.

The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice regarding the right to withdraw from the contract.

The buyer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the data before submitting the order. Later objections regarding the accuracy of issued invoices will not be considered.

Delivery of Goods

The buyer may personally collect the goods at the company address Ulica 15. maja 18, 6000 Koper-Capodistria, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00.
Ordered goods are also delivered both within Slovenia and abroad.

Slovenia:

– for orders up to EUR 150.00, the delivery cost is EUR 5.00
– for orders over EUR 150.00, delivery is free of charge

International delivery:

– delivery costs are charged subsequently according to the carrier/freight forwarder’s price list

Ordered goods will be delivered, where possible, within the usual statutory period of 30 days from receipt of the order. However, the average delivery time in Slovenia is 1–5 days from receipt of the order. If the goods cannot be delivered within the statutory 30-day delivery period, you will be informed as soon as possible about the estimated delivery date. If DAR d.o.o. Koper does not fulfill its obligation within the statutory period, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the first possible working day.

Damage During Delivery

If the buyer receives a damaged package, it is best to call DAR d.o.o. Koper at +386 5 61 41 000 in the presence of the delivery person. Together with our contractual partner, we will make every effort to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.

Withdrawal from the Contract

Buyers have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving the items that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision. You may withdraw from the contract by sending a message to info@dar.si.

The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the items. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The items must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract/purchase has been submitted.

If the buyer has already started using the item, or in the case of technical products has already opened and assembled individual components, withdrawal from the contract is unfortunately no longer possible.

The buyer must return the received items undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the item has been destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity has decreased without the buyer’s fault. If packaging is an integral part of the item, it must also be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt, meaning undamaged and in unchanged quantity.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Limitation of Liability

DAR d.o.o. Koper makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up to date. Nevertheless, item characteristics such as quantity and price may change so quickly that it is sometimes not possible to update all information in time. In such cases, the buyer will be informed of the changes and will be allowed to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to disable the website or access to it due to technical or other issues and maintenance, which may also result in the inability or obstruction of use of the online store.

In the event of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel submitted orders affected by the technical error. In the event of order cancellation, you will be informed as soon as possible and notified of the next steps.

You are responsible for ensuring adequate protection of your equipment, such as antivirus software, before accessing and using the website. The buyer must ensure appropriate security and confidentiality of the data used to log in to the website, such as email address and password.

Protection of Personal Data

DAR d.o.o. Koper undertakes to permanently protect the buyer’s personal data obtained during the buyer’s registration.

We undertake to carefully protect personal data obtained through registration, newsletter subscription, or the contact form. For registered users, the seller stores IP addresses and registration data: first name, surname, delivery address, billing address, time and date of registration, contact phone number, and contact email address.

The seller will use the buyer’s personal data exclusively for fulfilling the buyer’s order and for informing them about our events, promotions, and similar activities.

The buyer’s personal data will under no circumstances be disclosed to unauthorized persons and will not be publicly accessible. The collected data will be protected in accordance with ZVOP-2, ZEKom-2, and the GDPR.

The buyer is also responsible for the protection of personal data. The buyer must ensure the security of their username and password, as well as antivirus protection on their computer.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

DAR d.o.o. Koper reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Complaints, Claims, and Disputes

DAR d.o.o. Koper makes every effort and, through its work organization system, strives to ensure that errors do not occur.

If an error occurs on the part of the seller, or if an item is damaged or defective, a responsible person will be appointed to handle the buyer’s complaint or claim. Complaints must be submitted in writing by email to info@dar.si.

The seller will handle the buyer’s complaint or claim quickly and efficiently, with the aim of resolving the matter to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
